タイトル	Multi-species malaria modelling to improve policy and decision-making
概要	Mathematical models of infectious disease can be used to predict the effects of different treatments and thus inform policymaking. I will present the problem of malaria treatment in South East Asia, where the population dynamics of infection are complex due to interactions between different species of malaria parasites. I will present the development of agent-based models to capture these interactions, and statistical inference methods for estimating model parameters, including likelihood-based and likelihood-free methods.
