The general process flow for a “poster presentation by young researchers” is as follows:
　１）　[Preparation] Consult with your supervisor about the content of poster and receive guidance and obtain approval for submission.
　２）　Summarize your research into a poster. (Size A0→Please refer information on the registration form.）
　３）[Final Application until Sep. 20] After the final registration, the title and summary of poster cannot be modified.
　４*）[Mail to liaison office until Sep. 20]（CC: Supervisor) Send a mail regarding applying this poster session and whether you wish to have your work peer-reviewed or not. (Only if you wish, it can be peer-reviewed by other faculty member than your supervisor.)
　５*）[peer review from End of Sep. until Beginning of Oct.] Submit the poster for peer review and receive recommendations.
　６）Practice presentations and revise poster
　７）[Announcement Oct. 19] Bring, display and present a final version of their poster.

　８）The information exchange meeting (Interact with other people from companies using posters. Participation fee for the information exchange meeting has to be paid by your own.）

　　a peer-review is not necessary, however you need to consult with your supervisor

　・Target：　Fourth-year undergraduate up to researchers
　・A prize for Best poster award (classification: “pure mathematics”, “Applied math”）
　・If you are interested in participating in a poster presentation and are looking for funding for your trip, please feel free to contact the Liaison Office after consulting with your academic advisor.

　・It’s better to clear up all the questions you might have early enough since you need to prepare all the information to register the application form.
