How to Apply for Certificates

Application Methods

Applications for various certificates can be submitted online via PC or smartphone.

Please access the application site by clicking the button below.

Please click “Enrolled Student” or “Former Student” * on the “Online Application Page” of the above site.

*Currently enrolled students, issuing certificates that display records, will be identified and treated as “former” students in the system.
(E.g. a current Master’s student issuing a “Certificate of Graduation (Bachelor’s Degree)”)

*Please confirm the issuance fee, notes, etc. on the above page beforehand when you apply.

[Regarding the application for certificates required for job hunting.]
You will not be charged if you apply for a diploma (bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral) or academic transcripts for job-hunting.

Notes

*Holidays and weekends are not included in the days required for issuance.

About Period for Issuance of Certificates
On-Campus Certificate Machine

After submitting an online application and receiving an on-campus printing number, you can receive the issuance immediately. The printing deadline is 7 days from application.

Convenience Store

After completing the payment fee and receiving the print reservation number, the application can be issued immediately.

However, please note that there is a printing deadline (7 days from application, until midnight of the 8th day).

In Person Transaction

After the Student Affairs Division, Administrative Office (Science) confirms the completion of payment, it will take about 3 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) except for the “Certificate in English” and Certificate relating to and required for renewing teaching licenses.
For the “Certificate in English” and Certificate relating to and required for renewing teaching licenses, it takes about 5 days.
During the peak season (mid-February to May), it takes more than 5 days to issue all certificates.

Student Section Postal Mail

The application will take the number of days required for the “In Person Transaction” plus the days required for mailing. If you wish to receive the application by postal mail, please apply as soon as possible.
